Job summary

Компания Baker Hughes ищет младшего бухгалтера AP в глобальную финансовую команду. Ваша задача — обрабатывать исходящие платежи и следить за затратами, обеспечивая точность данных для бизнес-подразделений.

Вы будете готовить еженедельный cashflow, платежи для Азербайджана и Казахстана, работать с НДС, банковскими платформами и налоговым учётом. Требуются образование в финансах/учёте, владение казахским/русским языками и уверенный пользователь MS Office.

Qualifications

• Бакалавр в финансах/бухучёте/экономике/математике/бизнесе.
• Опыт работы в финансах/учёте не менее 1 года.
• Свободно казахский и русский языки; английский — средний уровень.
• Уверенное владение MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Подготовка еженедельного отчета по движению денежных средств.
• Подготовка и заполнение еженедельных платежей для ряда компаний Азербайджана и Казахстана.
• Определение счетов НДС к оплате и взаимодействие с налоговым бухгалтером.
• Создание платежных поручений в интернет-банкинге/Trax и взаимодействие с утверждающими.
• Работа с командой Accenture по подготовке платежных предложений.
• Взаимодействие с банками для разрешения вопросов/запросов.
• Работа с бизнесом/поставщиками для предоставления подтверждений платежей по запросу.
• Ежемесячная банковская выписка.
• Подготовка платежей по таможенным, НДС и WHT в разных ERP-системах и банковских платформах.

Junior AP Accountant Do you enjoy working with financial data? Would you like to take ownership of the information we provide to our business? Join our cutting-edge Finance team Our Global Operations Finance Team provides support for the business for closing of the books world-wide. We are in contact with local and regional business controller-ship teams. Our services include, preparatory and closing activities in Cash and Banking, Closing & Reporting, Intercompany areas. Partner with the best You will process/monitor outgoing payments and make cost monitoring to provide support for the business

Задачи

• Preparing weekly Cashflow reporting, to ensure adequate funds in place
• Preparing and completing the weekly payments for various entities for Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan
• Identifying the VAT invoices for payment and work with the Tax Accountant to ensure that they are paid.
• Creating payment orders in the relevant internet banking platforms or Trax payment tool and work with the approvers to ensure timely release
• Working with the Accenture team on completion of payment proposals
• Liaising with the banks to resolve any issues / queries
• Working with the business / vendors to supply any proof of payments if requested
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Preparation of Customs, VAT & WHT payments in various EPR systems and banking platforms

Fuel your passion

• Have a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in either Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math or Business
• Have fluent Kazakh/Russian, intermediate English and Russian
• Be proficient in MS Office
• Have minimum 1 year finance/accounting experience
