Job summary

Genesee Health System in Flint, MI is seeking a qualified professional to join our clinical team in the Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) program under the guidance of the Program Supervisor. The role focuses on coordinating supports and services for adults with serious mental illness or developmental disabilities, aligning with individual plans and IPOS.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and a valid Michigan driver’s license with auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (or related field).
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License with current automobile insurance.
• Willingness to transport persons served using personal or agency vehicles.
• MCBAP credentials appropriate to licensure and experience.
• LBSW or LMSW preferred with two years of clinical experience with adults with severe mental illness or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Program Supervisor, provides professional services to participants in the county’s Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) program and coordinates supports and services per IPOS.
• Assists individuals and their networks to identify, obtain, and coordinate paid/unpaid supports to enhance independence and integration.
