Pioneer Circuits is seeking a Verify Operator to inspect and verify inner board layers using an AOI microscope, ensuring line and circle accuracy on PCBAs. The role supports first article inspection, NCR creation, and daily production logging in a fast-paced environment.
Training begins on 1st shift with 4:00pm–12:30am second shift hours. The position requires lifting up to 20 pounds and compliance with ITAR regulations in a US facility.

The Verify Operator inspects and verifies the circles, lines and defects marked by the Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) Machine on inner layers of printed circuit boards using a microscope.
Please Note: The available work schedule consists of second-shift hours (4:00pm - 12:30am); however, training will take place during the first shift (7:30am - 4:00pm).
Please note that in addition to prolonged sitting, the work environment requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 20 pounds, as well as repetitive hand motion and outward reaching.

California Pay Range
$18—$20 USD
The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
