Pioneer Circuits, Inc. in California seeks a Cross-Section Prep Operator to support high-precision PCB manufacturing.
You will receive test strips and prepare microsection coupons for the Cross-Section Operator, ensuring all work follows traveler instructions, SOPs, and safety rules. Key tasks include reading work instructions, visually inspecting coupons, inserting pins, cutting strips, operating the oven, and preparing acrylic and epoxy.

The Cross-Section Prep Operator receives test strips and prepares microsection coupons for the Cross-Section Operator to evaluate. The position ensures that all jobs are processed in accordance with Team Leader direction, Traveler information and Standard Operating Procedures.
Please note that in addition to frequent standing and walking, the work environment requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 25 pounds; as well as repetitive hand and finger motion. This role works in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Full-time / Permanent
California Pay Range: $17 USD - $19 USD
The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
