Job summary

Murrietta Circuits in Anaheim, CA hires an Inspector to ensure quality in PCB manufacturing. You will inspect Printing Wiring Assemblies, determine pass/fail criteria for solder joints, and review golden boards against PWAs under inspection.

The role requires familiarity with BOMs, PWA drawings, and IPC-A-610 standards. You will collaborate with AOI technicians, X-ray operators, and QC inspectors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in PWA manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with BOM and PWA Drawing.
• Knowledge of component levels (type, value, polarity).
• IPC-A-610 certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspection of Printing Wiring Assembly
• Ability to determine pass/fail criteria on solder joints
• Review and subjectively determine false calls on AOI
• Determine polarity and presence/absence of components
• Review and compare “golden board” to PWAs being inspected
• Inspect to IPC-A-610 standards
• Work closely with AOI Technician, X-Ray Operator, and QC Inspectors
