L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Camden is seeking an Operations Associate II (AOI Machine Operator) on the 2nd shift. You will operate AOI machines, inspect PCBs, and collaborate with production to ensure high-quality assemblies.

The role requires soldering/desoldering, documentation, and adherence to IPC/A-610 standards. A U.S. citizenship and at least 2 years of AOI experience are preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with a 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating AOI machines or similar inspection equipment.
• Proven experience repairing and troubleshooting electronic assemblies and PCBs.

Responsabilités

• Operate AOI machines to inspect PCBs and assemblies for defects.
• Inspect and verify conformance to drawings, specs, and standards.
• Identify and document non-conformances with production teams.
• Record inspection results and maintain documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Perform soldering, desoldering, and rework of SMT components.
• Troubleshoot and repair defective SMT products or components.
• Record production data into SAP.
• Follow safety and QC procedures.
