Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Due to ITAR Restrictions, US Citizenship or green card is required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, or 6 months’ related work experience.

Aufgaben

• Accurately perform automated optical (AOI) inspection of assemblies in production mode.
• Perform equipment non-routine and weekly/monthly preventative maintenance.
• Stop production when nonconformances are noted and report issues immediately.
• Record all AOI daily run information and maintain detailed records.
• Keep rejected products segregated from accepted items.
• Assist with visual inspection as needed.
• Ensure compliance to Virtex’s Quality Management System and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in on-the-job training and quality improvement efforts.
• Read and comprehend production documentation (blueprints, BOMs, etc.).
• Understand production processes related to inspection and apply industry standards.
