Qualifications

• Lead AOG and aftermarket material support to minimize aircraft downtime.
• Coordinate with Materials, Repair & Control, Procurement, and Service Center teams to expedite material requirements across the enterprise.
• Knowledge of SAP, Corridor, or other inventory systems to track orders and provide real-time status updates.
• Strong customer communication and issue resolution skills, managing high-priority escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and inventory optimization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and own AOG orders through sales, picking, shipping and delivery.
• Identify optimum shipping options to meet and resolve AOG orders expeditiously.
• Coordinate with parts sources and suppliers to ensure stock.
• Provide daily guidance in directing Spare Parts Sales Reps.
• Take ownership of orders during exceptional situations.
• Identify process changes to make AOG handling more expeditious.
