Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Material Coordinator to provide immediate AOG and critical materials support, coordinating logistics to move parts quickly and cost-effectively. The role requires technical and/or business experience, with responsibilities across procurement, compliance, and interdepartmental communication within a global aviation context.

Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of experience, with strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and off-site locations as needed.
• Experience in material expediting and/or material logistics in a global aviation environment.
• Familiarity with industry regulatory environment.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assess, prioritize and execute AOG material workload.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control to identify AOG parts requirements and determine best sourcing method.
• Evaluate global inventory positions and decisions between move vs buy.
• Ensure compliance with Federal regulations and company policies on quality and traceability.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions (requests, authorizations, sources, costs, shipping).
• Support daily Operations Center activities by procuring components in a time-critical environment.
• Identify and initiate warranty claims with suppliers.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to minimize delays and cancellations due to parts demands.
• Initiate and monitor shipment of parts for overnight maintenance needs.
• Provide logistics status updates to Maintenance Control.
• Coordinate air charter logistics for out-of-service aircraft.
• Understand U.S. Export Control policy and processes.
