Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Material Coordinator to provide immediate AOG and critical materials support, coordinating logistics to move parts quickly and cost-effectively. This role requires technical or business experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with 2–4 years in material logistics.

Night and weekend shifts may be required to support aircraft operations. In this role you will work closely with Maintenance Control to identify part requirements, assess sourcing options, and ensure compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience in material logistics or related field.
• Strong MS Office skills and data entry accuracy.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and off-site locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess, prioritize, and execute AOG material requests in a time-critical environment.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control to determine part requirements and sourcing strategy.
• Evaluate inventory positions and make move-vs-buy recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Federal regulations and company policies on quality and traceability.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions including costs, sourcing, and shipping.
