Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, supply chain, production control, material planning or operations.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong understanding of material flow and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute released orders to Stores while monitoring material availability and system status.
• Prioritize work based on: AOG requirements, BFD impact, pacing material availability, and operational risk.
• Ensure orders progress efficiently through all workflow gates and queues.
• Provide daily updates to the AOG team.
• Maintain accurate and current shortage information in ePoint.
• Update and maintain BFDs and Z141s based on LOS.
