Job summary

500 Feet Ahead Staffing, LLC is seeking a proactive Corporate AOG Mechanic to join our maintenance team. You will perform urgent repairs and troubleshooting on corporate aircraft to minimize downtime and maximize readiness in time-sensitive AOG situations.

Travel up to 100% of the time to locations within 200 miles of major hubs, with global opportunities. Must have 7+ years on corporate aircraft and an A&P license; strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, engines and airframe structures is

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years working on corporate aircraft.
Experience with Gulfstream, Challenger/Global, Cessna Citation, King Air, Embraer Phenom/Legacy preferred.
Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform urgent repairs and diagnostics during AOG conditions to minimize downtime.
Repair, replace, and adjust components per manufacturer specs and safety standards.
Document maintenance actions in compliance with regulatory requirements and procedures.
Coordinate with engineering and flight operations to schedule rapid repairs.
Maintain organized work area and ensure tools are calibrated.
Assist with inventory management for parts and tools for emergency repairs.
