Job summary

JSX is seeking an Airline AOG Buyer to expedite sourcing and procurement of aircraft parts and tooling to resolve AOG situations. You will coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and logistics providers to support the fastest aircraft recovery while ensuring FAA/EASA documentation and JSX standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and shipping methods.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor fulfillment from placement through delivery.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics, including same-day couriers and expedited freight.
• Verify documentation, certifications, traceability, and airworthiness per FAA/EASA.
• Ensure purchasing activity complies with FAA requirements and JSX policies.
• Maintain purchasing records in ERP/MRO systems.

This role requires quick decision-making, strong vendor relationships, and close coordination with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and logistics providers to support the fastest possible aircraft recovery.
