Southern California Alcohol and Drug Programs, Inc. (SCADP) is seeking an AOD Support Staff II Registered MC part-time with rotating shifts in Downey, CA.

The role supports counseling services, monitors medication, and ensures safety under supervision of licensed clinicians. Responsibilities include participating in group and educational sessions, assisting with crisis management, and maintaining electronic health records while coordinating with the treatment team.

Competenze

• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.
• 1 year of experience in mental health or substance abuse treatment.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Flexible schedule, especially evenings and weekends.

Mansioni

• Provide services under supervision of a certified AOD Counselor or licensed therapist.
• Assist in group counseling sessions and crisis management.
• Monitor client self-administration of prescribed medication and maintain treatment records (EHR).
• Collaborate with case manager and therapist to support treatment plans and interventions.
• Transport program participants as needed for offsite appointments.
