Job summary

FedEx Group in the United States (TN) seeks a Financial Analysis professional to support program objectives through rigorous data evaluation and regulatory compliance oversight.

The role requires 6+ years in financial analysis or related fields, plus strong PC skills and effective communication. On-site work at FedEx locations five days a week is expected, with the posting closing on 2 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, quantitative Business degree, or a related field of study.
• Six (6) years’ experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit or operational analysis.
• Knowledge of advanced personal computer applications.
• Strong analytical, human relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide research, analysis, investigation, and evaluation of data in support of the program or project objectives.
• Research, interpret, identify, administer, and track division regulatory compliance.
• Builds and maintains expert business intelligence solutions to effectively deliver information to the division.
• Conduct evaluations and submit recommendations for long term strategic growth plan and requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
