Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Software Engineering leader to coordinate system requirements, program specifications, and code/unit testing to meet business goals. The role includes driving system and integration tests, resolving complex production issues, and mentoring junior staff.

Minimum five years in IT or engineering, with expertise in OO development, client/server architectures, LMS, and IBM OS. Plano, TX based with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field, and/or equivalent formal.
• Five (5) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
• Experience with IBM operating systems or microprocessors; LMS; OO development; client/server tech; software engineering principles.

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Plano, TX Salary Range: $7882.48/mo - $13,006.09/mo

Pittsburgh, PA Range: $7882.48/mo - $13,006.09/mo

Memphis, TN Range: $7488.36/mo - $12,355.79
