Job summary

Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in Washington, DC, seeks a Paralegal in the Antitrust Practice Group to support attorneys on global M&A transactions and antitrust litigation. You will manage client records, assist with HSR filings, and coordinate with U.S.

and international teams to obtain regulatory clearances. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of paralegal experience, proficiency with Relativity and other legal tools, and the ability to multi-task across matters while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college with strong academic record.
• 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in antitrust or corporate matters.
• Experience coordinating HSR filings is preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and legal software.

Responsibilities

• Organize, update, and maintain client records relating to revenues, assets, subsidiaries/holdings, past transactions, and other data.
• Collaborate daily with U.S. and international antitrust lawyers to provide client information and data.
• Assist in preparing, proofing, and compiling exhibits and submissions for U.S. HSR and global filings.
• Perform regular audits to ensure records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Review emails across matters and determine relevant follow-up actions.
• Document key discussion points in internal calls/meetings.
• Leverage current technologies, including AI tools, to perform assigned work.
• Support cross-departmental teams involved in filings.
