Qualifications

• 3–6 years of antitrust experience with a real mergers mix.
• Hands-on Second Request experience (not just “supporting” from the sidelines).
• Comfort owning workstreams, giving clean guidance to deal teams, and keeping timelines moving under agency pressure.
• Strong academics and crisp writing.

Responsibilities

• Advise on U.S. merger control, including HSR filings, agency strategy, timing, advocacy, and remediation planning.
• Run substantive and process work for Second Request compliance, including custodians, collections, review workflows, and production strategy.
• Manage a 2R review day-to-day, including supervising associates and contract review teams.
• Work across industries, with frequent exposure to technology and life sciences matters.
