- 2-4 years of antitrust and competition law experience.
- Experience with Hart-Scott-Rodino filings and Second Requests.
- Substantive antitrust analysis of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Familiarity with government investigations and enforcement proceedings.
- Experience advising on competition-related risks and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively.
- Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Hart-Scott-Rodino filings.
- Navigate merger review processes before the DOJ and FTC.
- Coordinate multi-jurisdictional filings.
- Conduct antitrust due diligence.
- Advise clients on competition-related risks in mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
