Qualifications

• 2-4 years of antitrust and competition law experience.
• Experience with Hart-Scott-Rodino filings and Second Requests.
• Substantive antitrust analysis of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Familiarity with government investigations and enforcement proceedings.
• Experience advising on competition-related risks and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively.
• Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings.
• Navigate merger review processes before the DOJ and FTC.
• Coordinate multi-jurisdictional filings.
• Conduct antitrust due diligence.
• Advise clients on competition-related risks in mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Collaborate with cross-border and multidisciplinary teams.
