The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of antitrust experience, HSR filings exposure, and strong analytical, research, and writing skills to advise on complex mergers and joint ventures. JD required with bar admission.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of antitrust and competition law experience.
• Experience with Hart-Scott-Rodino filings and Second Requests.
• Substantive antitrust analysis of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Familiarity with government investigations and enforcement proceedings.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively.
• Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Hart-Scott-Rodino filings.
• Navigate merger review processes before the DOJ and FTC.
• Coordinate multi-jurisdictional filings.
• Conduct antitrust due diligence.
• Advise clients on competition-related risks in mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
