Qualifications

• Substantive experience with U.S. antitrust law in mergers & acquisitions.
• Familiarity with Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.
• Bar admission or eligibility in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct antitrust analysis and advise on pre-merger considerations.
• Collaborate with the M&A Practice Group to oversee transactions.
• Prepare and file HSR Forms with accuracy and strategic insight.
• Coordinate with external counsel on HSR filings.
