Job summary

The Minnesota Attorney General’s Office invites law students to join as a Spring 2027 Antitrust Law Clerk in St. Paul.

Work with Assistant Attorneys General on antitrust matters in food and agriculture, reviewing documents, researching issues, and drafting memos and requests for written products. Position is 20 hours per week for twelve weeks starting January 2027 with a hybrid in-office/telework arrangement.

Qualifications

• Current student in good standing with an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials and writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Review documents related to antitrust law in food and agriculture markets.
• Research legal issues and draft written products.
• Contribute to education efforts with partners when appropriate.
• Handle files with responsibility and provide high-quality work.
