Responsibilities

• Assist in-house attorneys with routine legal tasks, research, drafting, and matter coordination.
• Provide paralegal and administrative support to regional, business unit, anti-bribery, and HR legal teams.
• Conduct legal research and drafting under attorney supervision.
• Maintain repositories of legal and compliance documentation and records.
• Collect and organize legal sources for documents and filings.
• Coordinate priorities across teams and support process improvements and training.
