Talent With Heart seeks an Antitrust & Competition Associate Attorney for its Washington, DC office. This hybrid position offers the chance to work on major merger reviews, government investigations, antitrust litigation, and compliance counseling in a premier AmLaw 50 environment.

The successful candidate will counsel multinational clients at the intersection of business, government, and regulation, gaining exposure to cutting-edge competition issues across industries.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active DC Bar admission in good standing.
• 3-4 years of post-JD experience in antitrust and competition law.
• Experience with FTC/DOJ/regulators preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation in federal and state courts.
• Assist with merger clearance reviews and regulatory filings.
• Advise clients during FTC/DOJ/state AG investigations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on competition law issues.
• Draft motions, briefs, agency submissions, white papers, and memoranda.
• Collaborate with practitioners across groups on transactional and litigation matters.
• Monitor developments in antitrust enforcement and competition policy.
