Hybrid work arrangement combines office collaboration with flexible remote work for sophisticated matters across merger reviews, investigations, and litigation.

The candidate will handle complex competition issues, client counseling, and collaboration with government agencies while advancing in a premier practice group within a leading global firm.

Qualifications

• Top-tier law school JD required.
• Excellent academic record.
• Active Washington, DC bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation in federal and state courts.
• Assist with merger clearance reviews and related regulatory filings.
• Advise clients during investigations by the FTC, DOJ, and state AGs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex competition issues.
• Draft motions, briefs, agency submissions, white papers, and memoranda.
• Support internal and government investigations involving antitrust concerns.
• Counsel clients on antitrust compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on transactions and litigation.
• Monitor developments in antitrust enforcement and policy.
