The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, DC bar in good standing, 3–4 years of antitrust experience, and strong research, writing, and advocacy skills. Collaboration across groups is essential.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, DC, in good standing.
• 3-4 years of post-JD antitrust/competition experience (excluding judicial clerkships).
• Experience handling antitrust litigation, merger reviews, and regulatory investigations.
• Experience representing clients before FTC/DOJ and state AGs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation in federal and state courts.
• Assist with merger clearance reviews and regulatory filings.
• Advise clients during FTC/DOJ/state AG investigations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on competition law issues.
• Draft motions, briefs, agency submissions, and client memos.
• Support internal and government investigations involving antitrust concerns.
• Counsel clients on antitrust compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on transactional and litigation matters.
• Monitor developments in antitrust enforcement and policy.
