Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar.
Minimum 3 years of antitrust experience, focused on class actions.
Proven trial experience and success in antitrust class actions.
Extensive experience taking and defending depositions.
Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Representing clients in all stages of antitrust class action litigation, including pre-filing investigation, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
Conducting and managing complex legal research and analysis related to antitrust laws and regulations.
Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating in trial proceedings.
Advising clients on the potential antitrust implications of their business practices.
Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the efficient and effective management of antitrust class action cases.
