Fintelligent is partnering with a leading international law firm to appoint an Antitrust Associate (1–3 PQE) in the United States. The role focuses on high‑profile matters across technology, AI, energy, and life sciences, with opportunities to work on investigations, enforcement actions, and private litigation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' post-qualification experience in antitrust, litigation, or regulatory matters.
• Strong academic background with excellent drafting and research skills.
• Interest or experience in technology sectors and AI regulation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise on antitrust compliance and risk management.
• Lead litigation elements from pleadings to trial prep.
• Assist with complex investigations and government enforcement matters.
• Support merger reviews and cross-border advocacy.
