Elementis PLC seeks an Antiperspirant Technology Scientist to lead development of next‑generation AP products. You will perform hands‑on R&D, data interpretation, and customer‑facing technical support, advancing aluminum chemistries and formulation science.

The role emphasizes process optimization, regulatory compliance (GLP, USP, OTC), and collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams to drive innovation and scalable product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Master of Science (M.S), but more preferably a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Biology, Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Experience in chemical industry (5–10 years preferred).
• IT basics: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop new antiperspirant products based on Aluminum and Aluminum Zirconium chemistries.
• Maintain and expand AP technology and formulation knowledge base.
• Design novel characterization methods to evaluate AP efficacy.
• Provide GLP, USP, and OTC compliance support to manufacturing.
• Translate customer challenges into new product opportunities through engagement.
• Contribute to intellectual property and patent activity.
