Element Solutions is seeking an innovative R&D Chemist II to join its global research and development team. You will contribute to designing and testing new chemical formulations and materials, and help turn scientific concepts into commercially viable solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams, with responsibilities spanning experimental design, data analysis, tech transfer, and safety documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in R&D laboratory environments; industrial experience advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct lab experiments to develop new formulations and materials.
• Analyze data, document results, and evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
• Support scale‑up and technology transfer to production sites.
• Prepare technical reports and safety documentation.
