Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a unit of Element Solutions Inc., seeks an R&D Scientist to develop and improve chemical products across a global portfolio. You will perform hands-on experiments, analyze data, and work with multidisciplinary teams to translate scientific ideas into practical commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

PhD in chemistry or MS in related discipline required.
1–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Strong mathematical and data analysis skills; ability to apply statistics to problems.

Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day research tasks and contribute to sinter products development.
Collaborate with Global R&D to develop current and future products and services.
Design, supervise, and interpret QC techniques for formulated sinter pastes.
Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings.
