A leading company seeks a Service & Selling Coordinator to manage training initiatives across retail and call centers for its Anthropologie brands. This role entails collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience through effective training materials and support. Ideal candidates have substantial retail experience, creativity, and strong communication skills.
The Service & Selling Coordinator role will support all training initiatives as they pertain to retail and call center teams for all Anthropologie brands including Home, Weddings & Terrain. This includes but is not limited to establishing service and selling standards, skill- and role-based needs and empowering store teams to confidently work with customers through supporting company intranet communication, product information, writing elearning programs, compliance tracking and practical application. The position will work closely with Styling teams, Multimedia Designer, Regional Service Leads, Buying teams, Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, Product Merchandisers and URBN Learning & Development.
