Job summary

Yochana is seeking a senior alliances leader to own and scale the Anthropic strategic partnership globally, driving co-sell motions, executive alignment, certification governance and pipeline acceleration.

This role sits at the intersection of AI partnerships, enterprise transformation, and hyperscale ecosystem strategy, coordinating with geo leads and internal teams to accelerate GTM execution across the Americas.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years in strategic alliances.
• Experience with hyperscaler or frontier AI ecosystems.
• Strong enterprise AI transformation background.
• Experience managing $50M+ partner pipeline.
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Anthropic alliance governance globally.
• Drive joint business planning and QBRs.
• Build executive relationships with Anthropic leadership.
• Coordinate co-sell motions with Geo Leads.
• Manage certification and enablement compliance.
• Drive partner pipeline growth and MDF utilization.
• Create GTM motions around Claude, Agents, MCP, and Digital Employees.
