Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (Antepartum) to lead on the 3rd shift at Baptist Medical Center East. You will supervise nursing staff on shift and weekends, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care through the nursing process.

Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians, assess and plan care, and perform interventions. BSN preferred; active RN licensure and BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC may be required depending on area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, planning of care, and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in care planning and implementation.
• Additional duties may be assigned within scope of the role.
