Job summary

RTX seeks an Electrical Engineer I to design, develop and deploy RF passive circuits and antenna systems. You will model EM structures and apply design best practices within a rigorous IV&V framework, contributing to phased array developments and RF subsystem integration.

The role requires a BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering, hands-on experience with RF design and EM modeling, and exposure to HFSS, ADS, Matlab or AutoCAD for engineering tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field, by start date.
• Experience in passive circuit design and EM modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF passive circuits and antennas.
• Model RF structures and verify designs using HFSS and related tools.
• Participate in phased array and RF subsystem design and verification.
