Qualifications

  • MS in electrical engineering or physics with EM/RF/signal processing concentration.
  • 5 years of experience developing phased array radar, EW, or communications systems.
  • Experience with FEKO, HFSS, or ADS software.
  • Strong MATLAB or Python skills.
  • Experience with RF lab equipment (network analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Up to 10% travel as needed.
  • U.S. citizenship with Interim Secret clearance eligibility and potential TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Work on pioneering RF sensors and phased array technologies.
  • Perform system engineering trade studies for concept development of new RF sensor systems.
  • Develop and assess antenna architectures and enabling technologies against system performance metrics.
  • Design, integrate, and test prototype RF apertures and sensor systems in lab, chamber, and field settings.
  • Present analysis to sponsors and prime contractors to guide program direction.
  • Translate findings into whitepapers, conference talks, journal articles, or internal publications.
