Qualifications

• 5+ years in a solution architect/enterprise architect/technical consultant role.
• Experience leading architectural designs and implementations for customers.
• Ability to manage project delivery including timelines and scope with stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across diverse teams and mentoring team members.
• Experience leading workshops, enablement, or engagements.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in building scalable, automation solutions using Red Hat technologies.
• Lead services discovery sessions to educate customers on Red Hat technologies and best practices.
• Scope projects and align with customer requirements and timelines.
• Provide technical expertise during presales activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and collaboration.
• Articulate the value of Red Hat Services Portfolio and integrate services into solutions.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance offerings and services.
• Lead internal initiatives that foster innovation and growth within Services.
