Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies in Garden Grove, CA, is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Technician for first shift. The role involves processing parts in tanks per specs, calculating processing times, handling rinsing and finishing steps, and completing required paperwork. You will oversee line assistants and log maintenance, while ensuring proper hazardous waste disposal.

ITAR compliance is required. Work environment is manufacturing, with temperatures potentially exceeding 100 degrees

Responsibilities

• Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements
• Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts
• Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing
• Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines
• Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput
• Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly
• Other duties as assigned
