Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies is seeking a candidate for a full-time, 2nd shift role in Garden Grove, CA. The position focuses on processing parts in tanks, calculating processing times, and ensuring proper handling and documentation.

The role includes ITAR considerations and safety requirements typical of a manufacturing environment. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $22.13 per hour (DOE) with shift differential, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life

Qualifications

• Process parts in tanks according to specifications
• Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts
• Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines
• Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput
• Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly

Responsibilities

• Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements
• Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts
• Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing
• Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines
• Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput
• Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly
• Other duties as assigned
