Vegas Metal Finishing LLC in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a motivated Anodizing Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level role offers a hands-on opportunity to learn a skilled metal finishing trade in a fast-paced shop, with mentoring from experienced anodizers.

You will assist with the anodizing line, learn surface preparation, and help ensure quality and safety. No prior anodizing experience is required; a dependable attitude and willingness to learn are essential for growth in this role.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn the anodizing trade.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with chemicals and wearing PPE.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up consistently.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Load and unload parts onto racks and fixtures for chemical processing.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, color consistency, and coating thickness.
• Follow proper handling procedures for chemicals and anodizing solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
• Learn and apply surface preparation techniques including cleaning, etching, and rinsing.
