Valence Surface Technologies in Wichita, KS seeks a Production Operator to ensure smooth, rapid running of the chemical processing line. You will handle tanks, monitor cycle times, and document processing activities from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and the ability to read blueprints, with preference given to those with aerospace manufacturing experience. Safety and environmental compliance are essential in this role.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing is a plus.

Position Summary:

Responsible for ensuring that the production process is run in a smooth and rapid manner.

Responsibilities

• Process parts in chemical tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements.
• Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts.
• Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing.
• Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience a plus, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
