Job summary

Arrow Finishing, Inc. is hiring a Production Technician for Racking on the production floor in Blaine, MN. You will rack, un-rack and package parts following process cards, log time in Arrow Flow, and maintain workplace safety and quality.

Responsibilities include reading POs, adhering to production rates, and mentoring teammates while keeping an organized area. Typical schedule is 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must read and understand process cards and POs.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure safety and quality.
• Reliable and punctual with ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Rack and un-rack parts and package per process cards.
• Enter production and non-production time in Arrow Flow promptly.
• Follow priority directions and read POs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Meet production rate requirements.
