• Agent Support & Development: Provide high-level support to agents focusing on teaching rather than doing the work.
• Assist with product selection, illustrations, and sales strategies.
• Education & Training: Conduct weekly live and virtual training for agents.
• Educate agents on annuity products and proper selection.
• Carrier & Product Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with carrier wholesalers for updates.
• Operational: Maintain CRM tracking and accountability reporting; collaborate with internal teams.
