Job summary

Sammons Financial Group Inc. seeks a detail-oriented professional to perform suitability reviews on fixed annuity applications, ensuring NAIC compliance and proper documentation. You will interact with agents and clients via calls, email, and written communication, building product knowledge and understanding regulatory rules.

You will collaborate with other departments to align procedures, review marketing content, and support testing efforts while upholding our values and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years in new business or fixed annuity processing and phone experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical problem solving, and independence.
• Ability to influence others and manage multiple details accurately.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct Suitability/Best Interest reviews for fixed annuity applications and document decisions.
• Provide superior customer service via telephone, email, or written communication.
• Communicate with empathy to agents and distribution partners.
• Develop knowledge of annuity products and external financial products.
• Learn and apply state and federal regulatory rules related to suitability.
• Coordinate with other departments on suitability procedures and decisions.
• Assist with reviewing marketing materials and new business forms related to Suitability.
• Support system test planning and user acceptance testing.
• Adhere to Sammons Financial Group values and attendance policies.
