Job summary

Aspida Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to oversee annuity product compliance, including contract drafting, filing, and post‑sale controls. The role requires extensive insurance regulatory experience and the ability to translate regulations into practical processes.

The ideal candidate will independently manage complex assignments, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Legal, Product, Operations, and Distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of financial services compliance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior individual contributor role.
• Experience managing regulatory product filings and operational support for fixed and variable annuities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance oversight for annuity product development lifecycle.
• Draft and file contract forms, riders, and filings with regulators via SERFF.
• Interpret laws, identify compliance gaps, and implement controls across teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects and provide training to junior staff.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on impact to business practices.
