Advisors Excel, LLC is seeking an Annuity Solutions Consultant in Topeka, KS. You will partner with independent financial advisors to identify opportunities, present annuity solutions, and close sales with clients via phone and Zoom.

The role emphasizes working with trusted advisors, focusing on qualified opportunities, and moving deals from initial contact to application submission. Onsite location in Topeka supports in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in annuities, insurance, financial services, or related industry.
• Proven ability to build relationships, identify client needs, and close business.
• Strong knowledge of annuity products and the sales process.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities and follow-ups.
• Active Life and Health license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients by phone and Zoom to discuss annuity opportunities, present solutions, and close business.
• Partner with financial advisors to identify opportunities and convert them into sales.
• Build strong relationships with clients while helping retirement planning decisions.
• Manage your pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and drive applications.
• Grow annuity production by delivering an exceptional client experience and being a trusted resource for advisors.
• Work with advisors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth process from conversation to completion.
