TruStage in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking an analytics professional to support business and technology reporting needs. This role offers a clear path from entry level to professional, with mentoring and cross-functional exposure.

You will perform routine and ad‑hoc analyses, develop insights, and present findings to product and business leaders. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related field (or equivalent) and 0–3 years’ experience required.

• Act as a subject matter expert for business and technology requirements and prioritization of critical reporting needs.
• Works in conjunction with cross functional team to ensure solid end to end business management process.
• Serves as the product resource in monitoring the integrity of the business process to ensure compliance requirements are being adhered to.
• Analyst: Helps implement solutions by reviewing data, determining the requirements of a project or program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. They assist with the business case, organizing requirements, translating and simplifying requirements and requirements analysis. Analyst may also use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests and manage the project's scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

Base Salary Range: $73,100.00 - $109,700.00

In addition to your base pay, your position may be eligible for an annual incentive (bonus) plan. Additional benefits available to eligible employees include medical, dental, vision, employee assistance program, life insurance, disability plans, parental leave, paid time off, 401k, and tuition reimbursement, just to name a few.
