Job summary

Job Purpose:

Job Responsibilities:

Typically requires a college degree or equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. Manages own workload and provides technical contribution. Develops competence by performing structured work assignments. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others. Provides analysis, insights and recommendations in support of the product/business leaders. Monitor results, research cause of performance changes and recommend solutions to leaders. Maintain periodic and ad-hoc reports as needed by the business. Act as a subject matter expert for business and technology requirements and prioritization of critical reporting needs. Works in conjunction with cross functional team to ensure solid end to end business management process. Serves as the product resource in monitoring the integrity of the business process to ensure compliance requirements are being adhered to. Analyst: Helps implement solutions by reviewing data, determining the requirements of a project or program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. They assist with the business case, organizing requirements, translating and simplifying requirements and requirements analysis. Analyst may also use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests and manage the project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment. Job Requirements:

List of general education, background and experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities typically required to effectively perform the responsibilities of the job. Also include any required licenses and/or designations. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related field or equivalent work experience. 0-3 years of relevant experience. Proven project management skills with the ability to effectively plan and organize work to achieve targeted deadlines. Strong communication skills.

Base Salary Range: $73,100.00 - $109,700.00
