Job summary

Reliance Matrix is seeking a New Business Annuities Specialist in Philadelphia to review and process new annuity applications, ensuring completeness and regulatory compliance. You will liaise between departments and interact with internal and external customers, handling documentation, premium application, and case issuance.

Responsibilities include issue resolution, high-volume task processing, and providing professional service by telephone, email, or written communication.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Life insurance education such as LOMA or CLU coursework is preferred.
• Strong organizational, mathematical, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process applications and paperwork; document outstanding requirements and apply premiums.
• Act as primary owner for resolving open issues from submission to issuance.
• Handle high-volume tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Provide follow-through to resolve problems or complaints and notify actions taken.
